A leading housebuilder in the Midlands, William Davis Homes uses AVA to help unveil its new developments. Through a combination of press releases, professional photography and its annual company magazine, we are able to showcase the craftsmanship and design of the homes, together with the people who build them.
Chartered surveyors, Wells McFarlane tasked us with introducing their new residential division to the local property market. We achieved this via a press campaign, targeted promotional postcards, advertising in local lifestyle magazines as well as ensuring a visible presence at the town carnival and in a Christmas window competition.
A growing business, M-EC Consulting Development Engineers wanted to raise their profile across the East Midlands. We developed a PR plan to achieve coverage in local newspapers and radio, regional business magazines and in specific construction trade titles. This was supplemented with targeted award submissions, each resulting in M-EC being pronounced a finalist or winner.
Architectural practice, rg+p wanted to refresh its company magazine to reflect its growth. We designed a tabloid style publication with large images to showcase the practice’s projects and work alongside the team to write, edit and produce the magazine twice a year.
Working closely with the chairman and committee, we write, edit and produce the quarterly member magazine of the RNA, Romance Matters. We also provide event literature and membership documents for the association’s 1000 members.
Using social media channels and their website, we ensure the activities of M-EC Consulting Development Engineers and its staff have a public presence. Through Facebook and Twitter especially, we are able to connect M-EC with local businesses, educational establishments, clients and suppliers.
